We have over 20 years’ experience of successfully working with land owners and obtaining planning permission on sites ranging from 1 house to over 100 homes.   • 2-20 houses
  • Urban, suburban and rural locations
  • With or without planning

Strategic sites with medium/long term potential;

  • Options or Promotion Agreements
  • Capable of delivering between 20-100 homes
  • Flats and houses
  • Typically between 1-10 acres
  • Existing settlement or edge of settlement locations

Peter David Homes also undertakes projects in partnership with land owners, Housing Associations and other developers. We have funds immediately available and can bring access to debt finance as well as considerable design, planning and construction expertise to any Joint Venture proposal.
